Mayer achieved three victories, including a dramatic win at Texas Motor Speedway by just 0.002 seconds, marking one of the closest finishes in Xfinity Series history. 2023
Mayer secured his first Xfinity Series victory on July 29, 2023, at Road America. He added three more wins during the season, including a memorable victory at the Charlotte Roval. His consistent performance throughout the season led him to the Championship 4, where he finished third in the points standings.
2022
In his first full time Xfinity Series season, Mayer captured the 2022 Xfinity Dash 4 Cash at Richmond Raceway and followed that up by earning his first Xfinity Series pole position at Charlotte Motor Speedway. These performances on top of consistently running up front paved the way for Sam to finish seventh in season points.
2021
Breaking into the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Sam came from two laps down to finish fourth in his Martinsville Speedway debut.
2019-2020
Sam Mayer achieved remarkable success in his racing career by winning the K&N East Championship in 2019. His impressive performance continued into 2020, where he clinched the ARCA East Championship and also secured the Showdown Championship in ARCA that same year.
